Your payment and personal information is always safe. We do not not receive or store any payment information. All commerce transactions are handled by PayPal.
Returns of unopened, unused products are accepted within fifteen days from the date your merchandise was delivered.
We will only accept returns of all unopened, unused products sealed and in their original packaging. You are responsible for the shipping costs involved in returning the products to us. Once received, we will provide you with store credit for the same amount you spent. We cannot accept returns if the product has been opened, used and is not in its original packaging, unless the product has been damaged during shipping or is defective.
If your merchandise arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours to respond. You will need to request and RMA number from our website before returning any merchandise.
Once your RMA is approved, we will ship your new merchandise and arrange for the shipping company to pickup the damaged item(s).
We take pride in shipping your products safely to your door and will often tape the flip top lid closed to prevent the product bottle from spilling during shipment.
